Terms: Our credit terms are Net 10 days with proper credit information provided with order.  All other orders must be shipped prepaid by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PAYPAL.  No COD's please.  All shipments are FOB Cleveland.

Minimum Order: $100.00

Shipping: UPS or best way.  Orders are shipped prepaid and the shipping charges added to the invoice.

Return Policy: All claims on received merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.  Please notify us with your claim by phone, fax or e-mail.
