Terms

Our credit terms are Net 10 days with proper credit information provided with order.  All other orders must be shipped prepaid by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PAYPAL.  No COD's please.  All shipments are FOB Cleveland.

Shipping

 UPS or best way.  Orders are shipped prepaid and the shipping charges added to the invoice.

 The system can calculate the UPS shipping charges for most orders. Once an order for wholesale novelties merchandise exceeds a weight limit, the system will advise you that we will get back to you with the freight charges. This is for an LTL truck shipment.

Freight charges have become a very important issue for everyone. During the past year, we have seen freight cost spiral upward. We at Jack Levy Sales try  to minimize the charges by combining wholesale novelties merchandise items using less cartons in  the shipment and cost comparing options. Please realize some licensed products, novelties and gift items are bulkier or heavier than others. This will make some inexpensive wholesale novelties merchandise more costly to ship anywhere. If you would like help or guidance in keeping the shipping costs of your licensed products, novelties and gifts within reason, please email or call us when placing your order.

 International Orders

If you are and international customer, please note the shipping charges for wholesale novelties              merchandise, licensed products, novelties and gifts are based on the UPS system. We will compare that to USPS for small orders of novelties and gifts and consider other freight options on large orders of wholesale novelties merchandise before it is processed and contact you with the cost.

Returns/Exchanges

 All claims on received merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.  Please notify us with your claim by phone, fax or e-mail.
